i really have no clue x.x
- Bulbasaur is first in the National Pokedex.
- Mew is considered the "ancestor" of all Pokemon.
- Rhydon was the first Pokemon to ever be designed.
- Arceus is known as "The Original One" who came before the Universe.

The correct answer is Arceus.
He was alive before time itself, and before the universe was created.

Using that, we can only assume that Arceus created everything, being time, space, and distortion.
The first Pokémon to live was Arceus.
If you're going by the National Dex, then the answer is Bulbasaur.
Mew, being an "ancestor" is not the first.
Ancestors do usually derive from a long time ago, but since Arceus is said to be the creator of the universe, than that disproves that Mew is not first.

Anyway, all of these pokémon are awesome, or have awesome evolutions.
Rhyperior being one of them, lol.

As I said, the answer is Arceus.
