1) Both duelist will need to risk the same amounts of NDA Points
2)If you want a Casino duel make a new post and host one. So than other duelist my join your host and you may accept anyone who joined your host.
3) DO NOT HOST DUELS ON THE RULES POST SO DO NOT HOST ON THIS PAGE. So just post a new post.
