I would choose earth.

I would pick Blood Bending.Which comes from the bending water. Its when you control the person physically by controlling the blood in them.Its a technique that only works during a Full Moon,but some water benders are so high skilled that they can do it anytime anywhere.

Just like water-benders have the ability to blood-bend,Fire bending has the ability to shoot lighting. Also earth-bending has the ability to bend metal or such as called as metal-bending. Last is Air-bending so far they haven't shown the ability of Air-bending.

I would Want Water. Mainly because you can blood bend, create Ice, and Heal people.

I would choose fire bending, Fits my personality and i could shoot lightning. You forgot sand bending btw.
