Card of the week #1 Shooting Quasar Dragon
Alright many people either ask of this guy or don't know he exists so illl just set it straight for everyone.
Shooting Quasar Dragons is the final form of Yusei`s Stardust Dragon and the one with the most potential by far, therefore making it level 12.
Here is his card descriction:
1 Tuner Synchro Monster + 2 or more non-Tuner Synchro Monsters
Must be Synchro Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card's maximum number of attacks per turn equals the number of non-Tuner monsters used as its Synchro Material. Once per turn, when a card or effect is activated: You can negate the activation and destroy it. When this card leaves the field: You can Special Summon 1 "Shooting Star Dragon" from your Extra Deck.
4000attack 4000 defence
Now for those who may not know it Quasar is not a normal synchro it is an ACCEL SYNCHRO MONSTER, meaning its requirements must all be synchro monsters one of which being a synchro tuner monster.
Now to explain his text:Must be Synchro Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways.: this means that he can not be revived with reborn or any other way if he dies all u can dois try to return him to ur extra deck and synchro summon him again. making it difficult for your opponent to use him against u.
next:This card's maximum number of attacks per turn equals the number of non-Tuner monsters used as its Synchro Material.:This means that it always has at least 2 attacks since it needs 2 non tuner synchros for its summon, making it a powerful force. this also means that if you can sumehow manage to get him using 5 synchros you can get four attacks and trust me u do not wanna be on the receiving end of 4 4000 attack point attacks. But this also means that if he was resummoned( WHICH U CANT DO WITH HIM) there would be no materials thus no attacks.
Next:Once per turn, when a card or effect is activated: You can negate the activation and destroy it.: this is a trigger effect just like all the previous forms of stardust and can be activated 1 time each turn so 1 negate ur turn and 1 on ur opponents,This effects spell speed is equal to that of a quick play spell so it can be used during any battle phase.
Lastly:When this card leaves the field: You can Special Summon 1 "Shooting Star Dragon" from your Extra Deck.: This is what make him such a heavy pressence on the field since formula synchron is now limited this means you do not have to give up using shooting star dragon in ur deck.this also means that the shooting star was summoned improperly and cant return to the field if it leaves like with all synchros.
Now that you have seen this many of you will think HOW BROKEN or stuff like that but remember!, Synchros are minuses meaning you lose at least 2 cards per synchro thus quasar is anywhere from a minus 6 to a minus14 cause u can make him with 5 synchros so of course there has to be a trade off for him to have this power and not only is he a minus to urs deck but hes a minus 3 to 5 from ur extra deck, making his power justified, as well as the fact that he is not unbeatable(knows this for a fact own it in real life and goes to tourneys) so dont rage cause it only looks easy on dn due to net decking and ....hmm the cards are free there! so ya u gotta think ho many people actualy own quasar and can use him in real.

He maybe a strong monster, but he has nothing compared to Majestic Red Dragon.
