Rulings:

_this will be on Dueling Network
_TCG Only, and use 1 deck only
_this is the 1st one so it will be a double elimination Bracket
_if your opp doesn't duel in 3 days (show up in chatbox), you will automatic win
_this tournament will be start after this week and after we have 4 or more people

Rewards:

_ your name will be on Hall of Fame until next tournament
_ you can go up 2 ranks in my Underground Event (if you signed up)

Warning:

if you win, you need to report it in here like this form:

i think you should made each Dorm fight with same Dorm
or else alot of Red will out of Tournament very soon...

and red can beat blue ...
but this is why Very Happy

_this is the winner loser bracket, so if who lost the 1st time, will automatically change to loser bracket and who stronger will duel each other, that how double elimination work Very Happy
