Maxx c or cardcar D?

Hello ^^ I start a poll in this topic, two cards !

The first is maxx "c" ,
You can activate this effect during either player's turn by sending this card from your hand to the Graveyard. This turn, each time your opponent Special Summons a monster(s), draw 1 card. You can only activate "Maxx "C"" once per turn.

The second is cardcar D
Cannot be Special Summoned. During your Main Phase 1, if this card was Normal Summoned this turn: You can Tribute this card; draw 2 cards, then it becomes the End Phase of this turn. You cannot Special Summon during the turn you activate this effect.

Wich card is your favorite one?
For me, Cardcar D is better, because Maxx "c" depends of the opponent, even if he can lose a turn if you play maxx "c" ...With cardcar D i am sure to draw 2 cards ^^

To be honest for me depends the deck i'm using not opponent since i can always side it out but overall its Cardcar D

In wich deck prefear you cardcar? And in wich maxx c?

I usually main Car Card D since you are guarantied to draw 2 cards but, i side maxx c incase im going against a junk quasar or other decks that depend on special summoning
