NDACS new domino championship series

i was thinking about doing a YCS of our own for once and i also thought it would be fun
Rules:
no cheating(basic rule)
TCG only decks
host under advanced unrated
best 2 out of 3=match mode duels only
no banned cards
you must use the same deck for the entire tournament
have fun
tournament style swiss
number of players allowed 8
number of rounds 4
tournament date none atm
decks restricted: There will be no deck restrictions for this tourney
if there is any problems regarding the rules just reply below

So if someone had a bad hand and purposely disconnected they can redo the round?
