suggestion: signature rules (just saying we do need them casue i dont see them)

ok im not mentioning names but some people got some pretty big signatures and i am kind of tired of going through topics cause 2/3 of some of them are way above average signatures sizes. my suggestion for signature rules.

1) acceptable signature formats: jpeg,png,tga,bmp,tif,gif (these are basic formats everyone uses for signatures)

2) 500X300 on size limit for each signature

3) 5 per a person (we dont need alot of sigature running a straight line)

4) no pornographic, offensive, or anything with inappropriate wording (wording isn't the issue, but it shouldnt be in the future) signatures for any format.
